| Q. | Do I have to register on the site? |
| A. | Registration is only required if you create a 'Career Center' account. A 'Career Center' account allows you to store your Resume Profiles online for employers to view and to set up Job Search Agents for positions that interest you. If you would like to just search through jobs and view corporate profiles, there is no need to register. We encourage you to create a 'Career Center account to fully experience the valuable benefits that we offer during your career search. |
| Q. | How do I post my Resume Profile with your site? |
| A. | Resume Profiles can either be created by copying and pasting from a separate document. You may have to reformat your document after pasting into our form. We ask that you update your Resume Profiles at least every 3 to 6 months. |

| Q. | Creating Multiple Resume Profiles |
| A. | You can have up to 3 separate Resume Profiles at one time. If you wish to create an additional resume, you will need to delete one of the three first. |
| Q. | Your Resume Profile's confidentiality |
| A. | When you enter a Resume Profile information, you have the option of keeping it Private. Selecting that option will hide all your contact information from a company searching the resume database. Please note that when you apply to a job, your contact information will be displayed to the recruiter who posted that jobs. |
| Q. | Who has access to my Resume Profile? |
| A. | Only our member companies have access to your Resume Profiles. Our resume database is maintained as a service to our job seekers and employers, and will not be sold to a third party. |
| Q. | Can my current employer view my Resume Profile on the site? |
| A. | We allow you to make your Resume Profiles private, therefore "hiding" all of your contact information. Potential employers only view your brief description and then can send us an email, which is then forwarded onto to you. If you are interested in the opportunity it is your choice to send your Resume Profile directly to the employer. |
| Q. | If I find a position I am interested in, where do I send my Resume Profile? |
| A. | Each posting contains the contact information and the preferred method of response by the company. Some employers include a contact name, phone, fax and email address while others only include an email address or a Web reply. All inquires and follow-up should be directed to the direct hiring company. We do not forward resumes onto our clients. |
| Q. | Will companies be notified when I put my Resume Profile on the site? |
| A. | Yes. Companies can sign-up for Resume Search Agents that let them know when job seekers have created a Resume Profile that fits their needs. This is a great feature and frequently speeds up the process for both employers and job seekers. |
| Q. | What if I forget my password? |
| A. | Your username and password can be emailed directly to you through our system by providing your email address. This feature is available to use 24/7. |
| Q. | How will I know if an employer received my Resume Profile? |
| A. | Since all Resume Profiles are directed to the hiring companies all inquires regarding receipt of your resume should also be directed to the hiring company. Some companies will send you an automatic reply when your Resume Profile is received. Following up with an employer after submitting a résumé is vital to any job search. |
| Q. | Can I edit my Resume Profile once it is posted on the site? |
| A. | Yes, changes can be made to your Resume Profiles at anytime by logging into your 'Career Center' page. We ask you to update your Resume Profiles at least every 3-6 months. Resume Profiles older than 9 months are automatically deleted from the site, and a notice will be sent prior to the deletion. |
| Q. | How your Job Search Agents work |
| A. | There are 2 ways to create Job Agents: 1.) by saving the search criteria selected on the Job Search pages, and 2.) entering keywords. Every hour, your Agents will search the jobs database. If a new job has been opened that contains your Agent's criteria, that job will be emailed directly to you! |
